When deputies arrived on scene, they discovered a teenage victim near the intersection of Hemlock Avenue and Orchid Lane suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. As they secured the area and began their investigation, deputies quickly located four additional teen victims nearby who had also been shot.

All five teenagers were transported to local hospitals with what authorities described as “life-threatening injuries.” A sixth victim, later determined to be connected to the same shooting incident, was taken separately to a hospital. The sheriff’s office confirmed that all six victims were between the ages of 14 and 18.
